- Run the experiment, read it honestly, and kill it if it lost
- Sit close to sales, or stop being useful to them
What we look for
- A channel you took from nothing to real, with the numbers attached
- Writing samples you actually wrote
- How you attribute, and where you know attribution is lying to you
- Whether you can explain a technical product to a buyer who is not technical
- What you would do first here, with a budget that is smaller than you want
